Accessing counselling myself I am aware of how daunting it feels to let your defences down. The important thing to remember is therapy is all about you and you set the pace. Therapy gave me the opportunity to get a better understanding of myself, and to recognise that my challenges have strengthened and shaped me into the person I am today.
I am currently voluntarily involved with SCS Training & Therapy working with families.
